The Civic Café is a series of facilitated discussions held periodically at the Silver Spring Civic Building.  The conversation focuses on topics that are current and of interest to community members.  Approximately 15 people gather for a spirited discussion based on readings done in advance.  The Café promotes a respectful exchange of ideas among individuals who might otherwise have no opportunity to meet and talk.
