Cannabis Political Economy Symposium (CPES) Panel Discussion with Neill Franklin

The Social Impact & Equity panel will be held in Room 262 from 2:00pm-3:45 pm.

Co-panelists include Dr. Soo Kang (Professor at the Colorado State University) and Jason Starr (Assistant Counsel to Governor Cuomo of New York). The panel will provide a multi-disciplinary discussion on how cannabis legislation and how practices impact individuals from the Federal, State, and Local level. Neill will present the law enforcement perspective. Each panelist will have between 12-15 minutes to present followed by 20 minutes of comments from the panel participants. Following the comments, 15 minutes is allotted to Q & A with the audience.
