The one day conference will be held in the Mandela room of the University Union building at Binghamton University. Registration and breakfast begins at 9:00am.

Chief Volkmann will speak on the panel titled “Changing Local Policy: How to Navigate Upstate Politics” from 1:30pm-2:30pm. The first 10 minutes is reserved for introductions. The panel discussion will take place over the next 40 minutes. The last 10 minutes will consist of Q & A. Chief Volkmann will also speak during the Technical Assistance Session from 3:45pm-5:00pm. The session will take place in University Union Room 103.
