Dr. Gilbert will speak from 5: 55 – 6:05 pm to 120 educators, clergy, school administrators, and criminal justice leaders from Lawrence. He will then speak to 25 criminal justice leaders from the local community (e.g., 3 police chiefs, 3 district and municipal court judges, district attorney and court appointed defense attorneys, sheriff candidates, etc.) from 6:15 – 6:35 pm. Lastly, he will speak to 300 citizen advocates from 7:10 – 7:20 pm.

Chief Butler will speak from 6:35 – 6:55 pm to 25 criminal justice leaders from the community. Beginning at 7:50pm, he will address citizen advocates.
