Event is open to the public. The event begins at 9:30am with registration and networking.

Between 10am and 11am will be the call to order and the keynote by Secretary Rob Green.

Debbie will speak during Breakout Session 3A, Nuts & Bolts: Designing an Individual Reentry Plan. David Quinn of Street Reentry of Maryland will be the co-speaker. The breakout session will be from 1:15pm-2pm and will focus on creating an individual re-entry plan.

Report-out will begin at 3pm during Session 5.
