The conference will be held at SMU Dedman School of Law between November 29th and 30th. Chief Taylor will speak on the panel titled Treatment and Counseling Resource Challenges from 2:30-3:15 PM on November 29th. The panel will discuss treatment, response, and support challenges for victims, offenders and family members in rural communities, including mental health, substance abuse treatment, pretrial services, employment, counseling, and medical treatment.

Shuttles will be available from the Hyatt House Hotel to the venue.
