Lt. Colonel Anita Fraser

Lt. Colonel Anita Fraser began her law enforcement career in 1989 as a corrections sergeant for the city of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2004, she joined the DeKalb County Police Department as a patrol and field training officer.

Officer David Franco (Ret.)

Officer David Franco (Ret.) began his law enforcement career in 1989 with Chicago Police Department in Illinois. He initially served within the Community Policing Unit where he helped develop and implement policy changes, city ordinances, and legal initiatives that improved the prosecution rate for domestic violence.

Chief Tony Jones

Chief Tony Jones began his law enforcement career in 1975 as a police officer for the Gainesville Police Department in Florida. In 1986, he was promoted to Corporal and began working as a crime prevention supervisor.

Lt. Colonel Arthur Rizer (Ret.)

Lt. Col. Arthur Rizer (Ret.) began his career in 1994 as a private in the U.S. Army. He subsequently served as an armor officer and later became a commander in the military police.

Superintendent Christine Elow

Superintendent Christine Elow served in the U.S. Navy for four years before beginning her law enforcement career in 1995 as an officer with the Cambridge Police Department. She served in the Patrol Division and oversaw the Professional Standards Unit, where she was responsible for receiving, processing, and investigating complaints made against members of the department.

Captain Donnie James

Donnie James began his law enforcement career in 1996 as an officer for the North Chicago Police Department. In 2002, he transferred to the DeKalb County Police Department in Georgia where he initially served as a patrol officer before becoming a detective in the Narcotics and South Property Crime units.

Special Agent Jeffery Artis (Ret.)

Special Agent Jeffery Artis (Ret.) began his law enforcement career in 1988 as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.). He initially served in the Birmingham and Memphis Divisions of the F.B.I. before he transferred to the Jackson Division.

Lt. Col. Lenmuel Terry

Lt. Col. Lenmuel Terry began his law enforcement career in 1976 as a trooper for the Virginia State Police. He initially worked patrol assignments in Caroline County, Chesapeake, and Fredericksburg.

Judge Judith Matarazzo

Judge Judith Matarazzo began her legal career in 1985 and worked in private practice where she specialized in personal injury law for 21 years. In 2006, she was elected to the Multnomah County Circuit Court and later re-elected in 2018.

Sheriff Joe Pelle

Assistant Commissioner Booker T. Hodges

Assistant Commissioner Booker T. Hodges began his law enforcement career in 2005 as an officer for the Dakota County Sheriff’s Department in Minnesota. During his 12 years with the department, his roles included school resource officer, patrol deputy, narcotics detective, Special Weapons and Tactics team (SWAT) operator, patrol overnight watch commander, and inspector.

Chief Mike Tupper

Chief Jennifer Tejada (Ret.)

Judge Ronald Reinstein

Judge Ronald Reinstein began his legal career in 1974 as the Deputy Attorney for Maricopa County. In 1985, he was appointed to the bench of the Arizona Superior Court.
