“​The Failing Drug War in Murdertown: A radical rethinking of police-community relations” hosted by First Unitarian Church of Wilmington Delaware is open to the public.

Neill will speak at 4:00 PM with 30 minutes allotted for the presentation, followed by presentations from other panelists. After the panelists are finished presenting, the panel will take questions from the audience. The event will conclude at 6:00 PM and will be immediately followed by a reception from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
