Johnn Osborn, Chief Deputy District Attorney (Fmr.)

Johnn Osborn began his legal career in 2010 as an assistant district attorney for the Second Judicial District of New Mexico. Over four years, he prosecuted misdemeanor, non-violent, and violent crimes within the Metropolitan, Community Crimes, and Violent Crimes divisions respectively.

Officer Gnatee Doe

Gnatee Doe began his law enforcement career in 2009 as an officer with the Daytona Beach Police Department in Florida. He served as a S.W.A.T. operator for seven years and his duties included responding to hostage situations and training officers in subjects such as hostage incident resolution, dignitary protection, firearms, and search warrants.

Captain Joseph Perez (Ret.)

Captain Joe Perez began his law enforcement career in 1995 as an officer with the Takoma Park Police Department in Maryland. He initially served as a patrol officer and was later assigned to recruiting and background investigations.

Officer Floyd Peterson

Officer Floyd Peterson began his law enforcement career in 2007 as a school police officer for the  Indianapolis Public School system. For nine years, he kept students and school staff safe by developing crisis plans and implementing strategies to prevent criminal activities.

Det. Sgt. J. Gary Nelson (Ret.)

Det. Sgt. J. Gary Nelson (Ret.) began his law enforcement career in 1975 as an officer with the Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona. He initially worked as a patrol officer for three years before serving as a burglary and theft detective.

Sheriff Craig Apple

Sheriff Craig Apple began his law enforcement career in 1989 as a corrections officer for the Albany Sheriff’s Department in New York. In 1991, he became a deputy sheriff and subsequently served in the Investigations Unit.

Judge Stephen Wallace

Judge Stephen Wallace began his legal career in private practice where he specialized in criminal, civil, and employment law. In 2010, he was elected to serve as a judge with the Jefferson County Circuit Court in Birmingham, Alabama.

Judge Shanta Owens

Judge Shanta Owens began her legal career as a deputy district attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in Alabama. In 2008, she was elected to Jefferson County District Court as a judge.
