John Bennett began his law enforcement career as an officer with the Tampa Police Department in Florida. Over the course of 30 years, he served as a street cop, field training officer, supervisor for the S.W.A.T. team, major overseeing District Two, and as the chief’s executive officer before being appointed assistant chief.

Ramon de la Cabada began his career as an Assistant State Attorney with the 20th Judicial District of Florida in 1991. During his two years as an ASA, he prosecuted a variety of crimes ranging from DUI to white collar and violent crime.

Lt. Colonel Anita Fraser began her law enforcement career in 1989 as a corrections sergeant for the city of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2004, she joined the DeKalb County Police Department as a patrol and field training officer.

John Padgett began his policing career as a patrol officer with the City of Augusta, which later became the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department, in 1984. He served until 1997 and left the force as a sergeant.

Senior Investigator Vance Williams began his law enforcement in 2004 as an officer with the Hapeville Police Department in Georgia. He served as an internal affairs investigator, detective, Special Weapons and Tactics Team (S.W.A.T.) negotiator, and detective for five years.

Tim McMillan began his law enforcement career in 2003 with the Garden City  Police Department in Georgia following the tragic deaths of two close friends.   Over the course of his career, McMillan served as an investigator, crime scene technician, K9-handler, and sergeant.
