Corey Lowe began her law enforcement career in 2008 as a patrol officer with the DeKalb County Police Department. Her duties involved responding to calls concerning shootings, domestic violence, child abuse, and prostitution.

A graduate of the Federal Maritime Law Enforcement Academy, James Meissner joined the United States Cost Guard in 1998.

Captain Donnie James

Donnie James began his law enforcement career in 1996 as an officer for the North Chicago Police Department. In 2002, he transferred to the DeKalb County Police Department in Georgia where he initially served as a patrol officer before becoming a detective in the Narcotics and South Property Crime units.

Patrol Supervisor Stephen Bradley (Fmr.)

  Stephen Bradley is a former police officer and patrol sergeant for a sheriff’s office in the Atlanta metro area. Stephen worked as a general patrol officer and a field training officer where he was tasked with patrolling higher crime areas. He would eventually go on to be awarded the Sheriff’s Medal of Valor.

Mike Tupper began his law enforcement career in 1993 as a patrol officer with the Ottumwa Police Department in Iowa. He served in the department for 11 years, becoming a detective and eventually a sergeant.

Chief Mark Prosser

Mark Prosser began his law enforcement career in 1980 as a detective for the city of O’Fallon, Illinois. In 1986, he became the Chief of Detectives and then later served for 5 years as an investigator and supervisor of the St. Louis Major Case Squad, a multi-jurisdictional homicide unit.

Officer David Franco (Ret.) began his law enforcement career in 1989 with Chicago Police Department in Illinois. He initially served within the Community Policing Unit where he helped develop and implement policy changes, city ordinances, and legal initiatives that improved the prosecution rate for domestic violence.

Officer Hannah Flint began her law enforcement career in 2018 with the Chicago Police Department. Currently, she is assigned to the Records/Field Services Division, where she works closely with the Central Warrants and Extradition Departments.
